It is advised to have the kitchen floor level and ready(tiled etc)before your kitchen gets fitted.

Always check on delivery that your kitchen is complete with no damages during transit and sign the checklist.

Make sure there is an after sales service/number to contact for any problems.(Including Landline and Fax and preferably a mobile)
